Most transparent administration ever?

Not surprised in the least. I do wonder how far they'll try to stretch it though.

The Government has been lying to us for years and we all know it.  Since the citizens have just accepted the fact that the Government lies.  They are now going to create an official policy directive stating that bureaucrats are to lie if they want to keep information from the public.  Can the Government get any more corrupt than this?
