Well it sounds like .gov is clamping down on 1st Amendment rights.
Here's one statement from the bulletin: "Communities are strongest when they are not divided: Strengthen your community by standing together against violence." Gee, for so many years we've been told that diversity is our strength, and how all these immigrants are a great thing. Many immigrants don't integrate into American society, the Somalians are one example, and they divide the preexisting communities. So, why is the government allowing these foreign groups to divide our communities? It can't be both ways, it's either a cohesive community, or a bunch of foreigners doing their own thing. Note, I'm not against legal immigration and immigrants who integrate into the fabric of American society, but the current administration is already making moves that will allow additional illegal immigrants to flood into our country. We've been told that the border walls are ineffective, yet walls seem to function well in Washington, D.C., it's funny how that works.
It seems that any opposition to the current administration's viewpoint is considered extremism. Folks should also note that on-line activity is featured in the bulletin, so we're essentially being told that we're on notice, and anything we write or say will be held against you in a court of law. I don't condone violence, but I also don't condone informing on my friends or neighbors.
I'm guessing that the war on drugs is over, and now the new war is the war on domestic violent extremists. The federal monetary floodgates will open with funds for every law enforcement agency in the country to search for the new boogey man hiding under our proverbial beds. DVE is the newest buzz acronym, and the leftist, progressive media will push this new narrative. It's strange that the government has the monopoly on violence. In my opinion, the .gov should be hunting the domestic violent extremists within its own bureaucracy, do some self-reflection and consider how far they have strayed from the Constitution. But that will never happen, as they are too self-absorbed in creating new policies to disrupt our communities, and driving the country into bankruptcy. It's sad to see so many inmates running the asylum.
Me, I'm going to sit back and watch the fireworks, and enjoy life while I can. I encourage everyone to be aware and to be prepared. Grow your own food, become as self-reliant as possible. Remember, food is a tool.
