I wouldn't worry about your religious rights to believe or not believe being violated.   Even if the government tried, it would never fly.  The two things the government will never be able to enforce against and survive is religious freedom and gun confiscation.

If they tried to outlaw being an atheist, Christians, Jews, Muslims and everyone else would be in the streets looking for a fight.  If they ever tried to confiscate guns there would be blood everywhere until they ran out of people brave enough to even attempt enforcing it.

Either of those two things would bring the government down as unconstitutional.
I get that, but anything that gives Dominionist more of a foothold into the government should scare just about everyone. Do I think Santorum has a reasonable chance to win against Obama? Probably not, unless some event happens (ie. created) by this faction of extremists. I would suggest folks start researching Dominionism, and decide for yourselves.

You're probably right about Santorum not beating Obama.  Actually, you have to wonder if anyone can.  Whoever the nominee is could just disappear under NDAA and never be heard from again.

And that is what frustrates me is the utter dross that the GOP has assembled thus far. I want to be able to vote for the best and brightest to help bring this nation back from the brink. Yet we have the three stooges and Ron Paul.

Santorum is about as Christian as Reaver.
Seriously, no one who runs for president is a "good christian" not Santorum, not Paul, not anyone.

Plus i have a sneaking suspicion that Santorum is as queer as a $3 bill.
LMFAO +1 Sir. That was good.

Quiz:  Which Presidential candidate has said the following?  Apparently he hates politically correct BS as much as I do.  LOL!

Obama is a Saul Alinsky socialist!

Obama is a national security threat!

Hell yes I'm more of a man than Bill Clinton!  If Monica Lewinsky had been my intern she would have gotten more than a cigar.  (Well, maybe he didn't actually say this, but I'm sure he thought it. LOL!)

You know, I think it was Reagan who said (Paraphrasing here):

> the USSR was the "evil empire"
> I also remember him stating that abortion was murder.

If I am not mistaken Reagan won two land side victories.

I think that the American People are fed up with the Christian bashing; the "average joe" bashing and can see through the smoke screen of both the GOP and DEM establishment.

Personally I am tired of the Doles, Bush's and the McCain's that the establishment GOP's throw out there for us to vote for. Its time to get back to the basics such as:

> This is a profit & loss statement and this is how you manage it
> You don't spend more then what is coming in
> We are a nation based on Christian- Jedeau teaching's and ideologies.
> Its time we returned to our roots of individualism and entrepreneurialism Vs. collectivism and
   fascism.

We can't find anything wrong with Santorum (No babes in the closet) so lets state he is against berth control or he thinks that America is under attack by the devil. Well gents, I think Barry is one of the devil henchman that Santorum references.

So there you go...that's my 2? worth: You want to butt phuck me, now is the time.

We are in for a harsh reality if we don't get Barry out of office.

You really think that getting Barry out of office is really going to stop us from hitting a harsh reality?

I think that no matter who wins the presidency, we are in for a very harsh reality.  Rep or Dem.

Also, I cringe when people start talking about Ronald Reagan like he was sort of a conservative god or something.

He signed into law more gun control that Obama has at this point in time.  Firearm Owners Protection Act  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Firearm_Owners_Protection_Act

What a joke the name of that Act was!  Just like the BS "Patriot Act."  Makes me want to puke.

That's not even to mention that when he was a governor in CA, he signed into law a Public Gathering type law when the black panthers did a march near his office with shotguns on their shoulders.  The same type law that we JUST got rid of here in Georgia with SB308 two years ago.

Not to mention that Reagan was one of the biggest hypocrites ever to be in office.  He talked the talked, and made beautiful libertarian leaning speeches and then went out there and enacted just the exact opposite type laws.

I love what the man said, I love his quotes and his speeches, but I truly despise many of his actions as the president.

If so called conservatives keep using Reagan as "the perfect president" then there is no wonder why we see this country in the state that it is in.  Nothing is ever going to change.

Many are so blind and I feel they will never wake up.

We are 100 percent sure to see harsh reality, and no GOP Republican president is going to change that one bit.  If you believe it will you are being extremely naive and also,  completely ignoring over 150 years of American history.

PS:  Even if Ron Paul were to win the presidency, it will matter not.  It might slightly slow things down, but that harsh reality is coming sooner or later, not matter what.  Also, I know that Ron Paul will not win the presidency.  I'm at peace with that now.  Its all good.

As a big fan of irony and sarcasm, especially when it's nailed, dead-on, I present this....

http://paulbibeau.blogspot.com/2012/02/open-letter-to-rick-santorum-from-satan.html

Quote
Rick:

Sweetheart! I admit it. You got me. Just like you said, I have totally been targeting America. You made a good point. "Guilty as charged," I say cheerfully.

You're just a teensy bit off on some of the details. Do you mind if I fill you in? I like chatting about policy, and I don't think I'll be hurting myself by letting you know what the big plan is.

Your argument (I've pasted the video below) seems to be that America started off great, because those Founding Fathers were exactly the kind of righteous, conservative Christian do-gooders we need in power and that I couldn't get a foothold anywhere, but sooner or later I managed to swindle those nimrods in academia, and they turned into atheist commies, and then I transformed your average mainstream Protestant minister into a liberal, and the next thing you knew there was wall to wall smut on TV, and now the whole country has gone to (ha) hell. We're failing because we've lost our moral fiber, right Rick? It's that goddamned Snookie's fault.

Well then. In the first place, I'm sorry to tell you this, but I was here at the very beginning, and I had quite a foothold. Salem. Slavery. All that crap you did to those poor tribes out in the woods. There's a direct line from that to the stuff that happened in the 1860's, to the little kids working in the factories and the mines, and from there to your bright shiny new empire, and all the wonderfully dreadful things you did to get that.

My goal is and always has been fairly simple. I will use Americans to kill the idea of America.

Life. Liberty. The pursuit of happiness. A whole government dedicated to the proposition that we are equal in dignity and worth. That we are equal under the law. That we each have the right to find our own way in the world. Troubling stuff, you know? My only aim these past two hundred years has been to make certain that there is not one person anywhere on the earth who believes you really mean it. You will become such an ugly portrait of hypocrisy and cruelty that people will reject these ideas you had the good fortune to discover. And then will come the old familiar darkness.

I'm not ready to declare Mission Accomplished just yet. I'm not an idiot. But soon. And -- here is where you just crack me up, Rick -- I'm not really using college professors and TV starlets to win this war. I'm using you, my dear. From Cotton Mather to the modern GOP, this country has always been chock-full of people who say they believe in liberty... but are willing to make exceptions. Ah, the exceptions. The details. Kind of my thing, really. You all believe in rights for people who act like you and think like you, and you're all trying to stomp on everyone different, and you haven't yet noticed that means you don't believe in rights at all. Rights only mean something if you want them for the other guy. If they're just for you, they're demands. Stupid, petulant demands from a superstitious loudmouth who is proud, yes proud, of his ignorance and his bigotry and his complete hostility to education and compassion and tolerance. I needed an army of you people. Instead I found a nation.

You'll start to realize this, when the collapse comes. When your whole stupid project splinters into a thousand petty factions and tribes. And then the warlords and priests will return. And the grovelling. How I miss the grovelling! And so do you, Ricky. So do you. You wouldn't cling to that mafia borgata you have the nerve to call a church unless you were absolutely addicted to grovelling. Don't worry. You'll all get plenty.

Well, this chat has been fun. I love following you. (I even love your clothes! In hell, everyone gets a sweater vest.) You are out there fighting for me every day.

See you later. But not too much later.
