A person is required to obtain a federal explosives manufacturing license if they intend to engage in the business of manufacturing explosives for sale, distribution or for their own business, Coes said.
The ATF believed that Myers was violating this law.

My understanding is that Tannerite is in the same class as black powder and when un-mixed it is neither an explosive nor harmful.
I suspect that if FPSRussia hadn't made it look soo cool to own a gun this would never have been an issue and that his friend /business partner would still be around.
Isn't it a crazy world we live in where suggesting that the .gov would murder to send a message and that they could raid your shit if you didn't comply doesn't seem like a batshit crazy thing to suggest?

It is a shame that we only have realized within the past several years how much liberty we have lost. It reminds me of the frog and the boiling water story. Do you realize that there is 100's of thousands of Federal, State and local laws that we are all in some way in violation of? Are they to be used as a 'key' to imprison or control us? Gun control is the final stone that needs to be placed in order to complete the imprisonment of us all.
It is also a shame that we are now fearing our government. What did Thomas Jefferson write?
When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny.
I am afraid we are quickly approaching the second sentence of the Jefferson quote:
The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.
When will the final stone be attempted to be placed? How will it come about? Will the American people reset and return to the Constitution or will they wuss-out and kiss the ring of the new global leader (s)? We have seen it happen countless times over the course of time. Only time will tell.

Interesting concidering the guy that backed his videos and supplied the weapons and explosives for the videos was killed in the store earlier this year. No leads on the murder and nothing stolen.....

Another thing I would like to mention..
I've been in several Class 2 & 3 dealer shops, and ALL HAD CAMERAS!!! Maybe this guy didn't, but it's something to think about.

you know what this is about...its to send a message to gun owners you know dont F with us break some knees in the second A community scare some people. i have been seeing a lot of chatter on other forms trying to figure out why they sent so many people well its all about what i stated above.

Popping fpsrussia sends a message to millions. Its a big bang for their buck. Theyd be fools not to make that move. Unfourtunatly a counter cant be publisized in the same fashion. We play by their rules.
