O-Kay ladies and gents I have been preaching the following for years and most people have smiled and moved on. Here I go one more time -
ROLL YOUR OWN!I have bullet molds for all of the calibers I own and for some common calibers that I could use for barter in the 'near' future.
You can buy pure lead ingots at plumbing supply houses. The plumbing supply house I use sells them in 15 lb ingots for $1- a lb. You can hardenen the pure lead by using the many formulas that are accessible on the internet.

some of my favorite moulds:
Lyman 358311 - 357 & 38 cal. 158 gr
Lyman 452460 - 45 auto 200gr (Work flawlessly in my 1911)
Lyman 358315 - 35 Rem 201 gr
Lyman 356242 - 9mm 121 gr
Lyman 311291 - 30-30, 300 Sav, 308 win, 30/06 170 gr
Lyman 311467 - 308Win 180 gr (I have the mould but have you yet to use it)
Lyman 225646 - 223 58gr (Haven't tried this one yet)
You can also get wheel weights from tire dealers. Some will charge you but many will not. I find the wheel weights are great for slower moving bullets (Under 1,500 fps).
For once be ahead of the curve!
