Yesterday, MrsMac and I met with our primary financial advisor for one of our twice a year meets.
After the initial, "what have you/we been up to" chat, she asked us what we thought of the economy. I looked over at MrsMac who is generally pretty quiet during these meetings. Well in essence this is what she said...
> I pray for Uncle Joe every night. Not because I like the man however, he is in charge of the country and he is loosing it. Not
by the year but by the day.
> I think Jill is an elder abuse wife for making him go for a second term.
> I get it, that there are people guiding Uncle Joe but, they were not elected to the office he was.
> Our economy is going into the gutter because of Uncle Joe and his handlers. So you ask what I think, well XXXX, it is going
to all end poorly probably by year end.
Our financial advisor and I were both a-taken-back. MrsMac said more about our finances, economy, and politics in that 3-minute rant then all of the time we have met over the past 20-years or so.
