Title: Ex-Sailors Plan Blockade of "Closed" Coast

Bonus Army? Are you referring to the WWII Memorial?

Ah. I knew about the first. Eisenhower and Patton steamrolled those guys (look it up). I thought he meant there was a new one forming in addition to the "Bonus Navy."
