p.s. I am all for Gary Johnson, he was a great Gov and is a good dude. Plus the pot thing. :o

well it does say which GOP candidate... however, if one of these statist neo-con types get's nominated, a future poll between Obama, [GOP nominee], and 3rd party would be an interesting one. honestly, I could see myself getting behind guys like Huntsman and/or Johnson, but if someone like Bachmann or Perry gets the nomination I don't think I'll be voting at all.

I'm a straight up Ron Paul zombie, but I got no problem with Johnson from what I've seen of him. I wish they'd allow him to participate in the debates.

I see your point NOLA.  But I don't care if they put a street sweeper, janitor, or street walker up against Obama I'm gonna vote for them.  Twice if it looks like I could get away with it.  Is that illegal, ok, maybe I wouldn't do that.

i don't blame you for taking that approach, but I just can't bring myself to play the "lesser of two evils" game. in the last debate, a few of these motherfuckers were talking about sending in SF to covertly assassinate Iranian scientists and shit... that's a no-go for me.

I understand the scalpel vs. sword argument. and it makes sense. I just always try to think about things from this perspective: what if another country did the same to us? what if another country didn't like a particular thing that we were doing here domestically so they sent in their SF to come knock off some of our people? what's even more outrageous (to me at least) is the idea that actions like that are taken based on sketchy intelligence and reports that can't be proven or backed up with any hard evidence.

I just can't put my support behind something that I wouldn't want someone else to do to me.

doesn't matter. that's why I actually like these forum polls alot. you can choose to let everyone know who you're voting for, or you can keep quiet and let your vote remain anonymous.

I don't like her either, not one bit. but I fully support everyone else's right to like her if they wish.

I'm undecided, none of them really float my boat. For the most part they all say something intelligent followed by something congested in the mind of a toddler. I don't know much about Johnson but from what I've seen I kinda like him.
