MrsMac said as I turned on the idiot box last evening, "Please DO NOT turn on any news outlets that have talking heads talking about Trump! I am even willing to watch Zulu again for the millionth time if you just don't turn on any news programs."
Curious to her request and quickly looking for my Zulu video tape I asked her why? She replied, "that's all news outlets talk about is Trump, Trump, and more Trump. Isn't there another subject they can report on other than Trump?"
I paused for a moment on my epic search for Zulu and thought to myself that she was right.
It doesn't matter what station you tune to or program format, the comedy, news shows, sitcoms Trump or one of his administration always comes up.
I never did find my video tape of Zulu but eureka - I did find my DVD of The Last of the Mohicans. I thought I heard my wife say under her breath, "Damn, I forgot to throw that one out!" I am pretty sure I am wrong as she would never do that.
