Short story: "FBI officials have confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that they are taking seriously a report about an ISIS threat at a WWE Survivor Series event in Atlanta on Sunday."

At least one person I know in Georgia posted this on Facebook:

"No idea what's going on in the Atl. Helicopters hovering, cops everywhere, even on bikes. I feel like I'm in a war zone lol. Good thing I have 2 16rd mags ready to go. Come get some, isis lol."

In the comments, helos are identified as military.

Of course, some news outlets are also saying it is not credible info. So decide for yourselves, I guess.
