I don't know if this guy is guilty of his accused crimes or not. Either way, threatening to taser him if he says anything the prosecutor doesn't like is approaching insanity in a supposedly free society.

The Supreme Court would almost "have to overturn" any conviction. But would they?

i don't know man... I just subbed MOX news and those dudes have a knack for finding the gems... this was one of the first vids I watched, lol. I had a hard time believing it myself...

it figures that Freedom Watch is the only mainstream program to mention it.
