This is great news!

We need to flood a public comment page with support for a proposed Corps of Engineers (COE) regulation change that will allow carry on COE Water Resources Development Projects in the same way we can currently carry in National Parks and other lands owned by the federal government!

In other words, it would be legal to carry on COE Water Resources Development Projects in Virginia either openly or, if you have a CHP, concealed.  Currently you can only carry on COE Water Resources Development Projects if you get special permission to do so.

When traveling out of state, you would be able to carry on COE Water Resources Development Projects in the same manner you could carry off the property in that state.  For some states that might be concealed only, assuming you have a permit that state accepts.  For others, open carry might be permissible.

Sample comment (feel free to customize):

I strongly support the proposed regulation change to make the carry of firearms on COE Water Resources Development Projects consistent with other federal lands, such as National Parks.
