Jmac i dont see anything wrong with you not wanting Cliven to represent you. I didnt want him representing me before I went, while I was there, or when I got home. Cliven dosent even like being the talking head. Simply put, nobody better has stepped up to the plate. If you think a job needs to be done and nobody is doing it, YOU do it. Very easily the situation could be taken over by a well spoken person and handled in a more national way. As of yet nobody has the balls. Cliven is trying his best to speak for the people. In every public speech he has given that ive seen he asks the crowd if what hes asked or said is in fact what the people want.
I was very vocal about my reasons for being out there. It was not for Cliven. Protecting him and getting his cattle back was and continues to be nothing more then the vessel to which we interact with the feds. We needed something they wanted. Otherwise wed just be a bunch of idiots loitering on BLM land with nobody really caring.
I do not want Cliven representing me, however im not a highschool kid who gets embarrassed by my mom hugging me. I do not care what people sitting on their ass think of me. They're glued to the couch. At best they might write a strongly worded letter to their representatives in between TV shows. Obviously that will go straight in "Secretary read if you have nothing better to do" pile. So who cares what the motionless think? Just make sure the movement is going in the right direction. Images are for celebrities to worry about. Im not in this for the money or fame.
