I think it's probably the mess in Louisiana and hurricane season starting up with a vengeance, but it's still something to keep an eye on.  At the very least it's a good reminder to have water stored.

with delivery to an AFB in Alabama and the hurricanes floating around it could be getting it pre-positioned.
