I am surprised that the Charlottesville, VA. drama has not been brought up as yet.
The way I see it is that there is four stories here.
Story one is the march by the White Supremacists Friday night. Story two is the protest by the White Supremacist and the ANTIFA on Saturday. Story three is the murder by the man from Ohio using his car as a weapon. The last story is how the media is handling this story.
Story one:I do not know much about this Friday night torch lighted march. Apparently the group marched to the Robert E. Lee statue located in X park. Apparently the city of Charlottesville is planning on removing the statue. There was minimal national coverage of this march other than to read that the group of ~200 chanted and yelled nasty White Supremacists rhetoric.
Story two:This is the meat of what the media is reporting. I am just going to leave you with two links of eye witnesses.

Story three:The attack with car is absolutely hateful not unlike the shooting of Rep. Scalise. Both actions where done by a fringe person. A person I would call a wack-a-doodle.
Story four: Well we are all witnessing the media in total meltdown. Meltdown because Mr. Trump didn't use the correct verbiage in condemning the drama. Meltdown about White Supremacists and their message of nationalism. Meltdown about the senseless murder.
A few things that the media leaves out. First, this group had permits to march for Friday night and Saturday. Next, although I am not a White Supremacist I do understand the Bill of Rights, specifically the First Amendment. The White Supremacists have a right guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, to express their opinions. Next, this group worked with the city and police. Next it appears that the gathering of ANTIFA protesters did not have a permit and started the fray. Last, it appears that the Charlottesville Police stood back and allowed the situation to escalate.
We certainly live in interesting times.
