So the plot thickens. The horn in your vehicle has been gagged by Justice Hugh McLean in Ottawa on Monday.

Here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WUEPsuDLs0A) here is a short video of an elderly man being arrested for tooting his horn. Notice that the arresting officer is being rather aggressive during this mans arrest. I suggest you watch this video before YT censors it.
