I wouldn't trust the EU Times site as far as I expect to get money wired into my bank account from a wealthy oil widow from Nigeria. Sayin'.....

Yeah, it is kind of a surprise that Brown would sign that, or that it would even make it to his desk. I'll have to adjust my opinion of the far left. Apparently, they want big government to take care of everyone, but don't want big government to know what they are doing.
Or maybe it's that a large number of his voter constituents aren't actual citizens and this is another effort to ensure they are never rounded up for whatever reason.
Who actually knows or understands how Jerry Brown's brain works?

Go to internet options and turn off your your tinfoil hat filters. Its probably picking up the contents in the link as major tinfoilry.

No filters here. Like I said, it worked fine yesterday.
EDIT: I went to their home page and it appears they took the article down. I think what some of you are seeing is the page cached in your browser. I bet if you clear your cache you will no longer see it.
