Biden - If Congress Does Not Act, US Troops Will Be Going To Ukraine

In a speech on Wednesday, US President Joe Biden urged members of Congress to support supplemental funding for Ukraine before the Christmas holidays, after which lawmakers will no longer convene this year, declaring that if Putin takes over Ukraine, American troops will be fighting Russian troops in the event of an attack on a NATO ally. - Yahoo News
