I am not a Constitutional lawyer and with that said I think...

It takes congress to change or alter an item from the Bill of Rights; an EO will just not cut it. With Republicans and Constitutionalists firmly in control of The House, I do not see that happening.

Some of you have read, Unintended Consequences by John Ross. He did a great job of choreographing the history of gun laws in the USA. Remember, there was NO gun laws until 1934. At which time Congress passed the NFA (National Firearms Act) to control "gangster type weapons." Ross speculates it was actually done to keep Treasury Agents employed post prohibition.

Now that Benghazi is in the forefront, (as it should be) but it won't stay there, I haven't heard about "Fast and Furious" in a while. He just does what he wants, America bitches, then we forget about it. It's definitely gone from "The Moral Majority" to "The MORON Majority". We don't just have to worry about him, we also have to worry about all the MORONS that allowed him to become the President, AGAIN!

While I do fear for my rights and the future of the nation I and my family call home. When I hear gun control mentioned, I cant help but remember my history lessons.
Every genocide has been preceded by gun control. I know allot of people are worried about their rights, as they should be. I'm worried about being packed of for "reeducation". I don't want to be herded toward an open pit with my hands bound because I speak my mind.
GENOCIDE HAS HAPPENED BEFORE,   AND IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. But not to anyone who is able to protect themselves and those around them.

And for TGirl. While I thought the secession petitions were a interesting way for people voice there displeasure at the current course of the nation. There is no way I'm going anywhere.
