This man, a ranking member of the Davos Crowd, is the UK's new Monarch. Should be fun to watch over the coming winter of the Fourth Turning.

The King has less power than people believe. Also his mother set the benchmark for what influence the Monarch has.

As for the snappy attitude. He got that from his father. Prince Phillip never suffered fools lightly. He was notorious for it.

Prince William and Kate are the Stabilizer in the Royal equation. With them in the mix. Things should hold to Elizabeth's example.
