I heard a rumor that the Atlanta Federal Reserve was going to lower the Q4 2021 GDP by ~40%. Anybody else heard that? I can't find anything on the interwize. The official Fed prediction will be out September 16th.

I did find this though. NYFed is going to STOP publishing GDP NOWCAST Model.
?The uncertainty around the pandemic and the consequent volatility in the data have posed a number of challenges to the Nowcast model. There it is- "we're going to draw the curtains on the sausage factory window until we figure out how to hide the coming cascade failure in the US economy, driven and accelerated by President Kid Sniffer (actually his chicom leash holders)"
And they have to pull it off before everyone figures out what Soylent Green is made of.
