I'm not convinced anymore that voting matters...but when I heard he entered the race, I knew who I was voting for.

Republican Party can suck it - bunch of liberal, do-nothing liars, cheats and criminals.

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

A Libertarian that participates in a government voting process? What'll they come up with next... Maybe a pro-capitalism Communist?

Got to start somewhere. Voting for the same mistakes over and over again isn't a grand idea. Just think if a few million Nemo's decided to vote against the same old corruption and bullshit in 2016? Now that would be progress.

I'm sure this Libertarian person means well. He's probably the closest candidate to my personal beliefs. But I won't vote and here's why.

Voting is a pathetic plea. It is a pathetic plea to a bunch of men with guns to point their weapons in the direction of your choosing. Voting is a violent and coercive act and I will not participate. I will not beg men with guns to give me special privileges at the expense of others.

I'm not saying I'm convinced voting works. I'm not. Haven't been for some time.

However, the only way to right the system other than inside the system, is by outright defiance with the threat of lethal force used in self-defense.

Kind of what is happening in Oregon right now.

You guys ready for this sort of "voting?'

I really hope and pray daily that I never need make that choice.  But if I do, I like to think that I would make the proper call on it.  Sic Semper Tyrannis!

False dichotomy brother. I and many like me, work towards true progress through the educating of others. An educated population would inevitably result in peaceful positive change. No voting or guns required.

War is the most counterproductive thing a group of people can engage in, from an economic standpoint. If your view is held by the majority of force, war is not necessary. If your view is not held by the majority of force, there's nothing to be gained from attempting to use force to change the majority of force's mind.

To poorly quote Ludwig Von Mises, "you can't force people to be happy with the threat of violence". Hence why things such as drug regulations among all regulations on trade, have no logical foundation.

I don't disagree with you. I just don't think you'll succeed, however noble your cause and strategy is.

If I got you to agree that's one person closer. Imagine if you got a person to agree and they did etc. And that happened with every person I got to agree.

If that's how it worked, you'd be correct. That's not how it works, though. I've tried. Too many people convinced that they desperately need government.

Many don't like the ideas I propose, which are Libertarian and retain the government to some degree. They certainly won't entertain the idea of anarchy. The word frightens them.

People will become more intelligent with time. That's the thing... this isn't a subjective thing to convince people of. Once they understand certain things they simply agree because it's correct.

At one time there was a volcano god propaganda system. Pray to him or we throw you in. People transcended the ignorant faith in a valcano god through education. Humans too can transcend the ignorant faith in government.

We agree on the capability. What we disagree on is their willingness to put forth the effort it takes to think, to wake up.
