Our state of never-ending fear and paranoia won't stop because of the CONGO? That country's been at war with itself for 50 years! Why does it matter NOW?

What atonishes me more is the header in the whitehouse page that says "We can't wait on congress: the time to act is now" that means "fuck the republic",
and thanks to that logic you end up with governments that ask for super powers and governate by decree.
