Sorcha Faal... Jesus that Booth whackjob is still around.  Booth is a long time conspiracy theorist. 

Kiddos here's the first tipoff any time you read something like that.  If the article claims a foreign news agency is reporting it look for a link to the article.  If there is none you should automatically be suspect.
