Blah, blah, blah. Thx for posting OONW; however I will bet ya' that it never makes it out of committee. If it does it will lose buy 8 or more votes. Then there is the House.

Now with this written: Barry will use the next mass murder as an excuse to say, "It's the Conservatives fault of this tragedy because they didn't vote for Senator Feinstein's bill."

I agree with JM on this.  That said, how would you like to be a Conservative Supreme Court Justice on a 5/4 court with all of these liberals chomping at the bit for Obama to get another chance at replacing one of the judges.
