This non-fiction book by Kit Perez and Claire Wolfe offers an outline as to how the average person can enjoy more freedom, and resist government tyranny. It is a well written book, which covers a broad array of subjects relating to personal freedom. It is a well documented 21st century work that provides many internet links that readers can explore if they're interested in a particular subject. Hopefully the authors will update this work periodically as website addresses change, but then again, that's what ixquick.com or duckduckgo.com are for. The book doesn't offer step by step instructions, but instead guides you to ideas on how improve freedom for your personal situation.
The section on personal security and OPSEC is excellent and it provides a good introduction on how to maintain some privacy in our surveillance prevalent culture. It is important to note that the authors do not advocate physical violence in any form, and go to great lengths to demonstrate that they do not advocate violence.
I did enjoy reading the book, and I certainly learned some things. I like it enough that I'll be buying another copy for my son. I hope the authors continue with more practical resistance books in the near future. I rate this work as 4 out of 5 stars.
