Main thing for me , Id rather be prepared for an eventuality that is most likely ,than be caught pants down in a crapshow without toilet paper
for me prepping as a South african white male is a way of life .
I have been prepping for trouble brewing since my training in the old SA army .
I seriously started getting ready when everyone else started cheering the old terrorist bomber Nelson you know who from the cANCer gang.
when they were given free reigns I knew (like trump said) a sh!thole was developing and a sh!tstorm was brewing.
on the prepping side I have started by buying and converting an old SADF buffel APC back to its original form (a 416 Unimog )as my bugout vehicle.if you have questions about this vehicle fire away and I will post some before and after pics
my backup vehicles (3 door 280G Gwagon and a 5door 300D Gwagon) was bought and restored later .
I have about 3 months emergency supply of food for my family and try to expand on the foodstuffs I buy to get it to at least a years supply.
I am also busy learning a lot about HF UHF VHF radios and antennas as I know we will need some form of communication with the world out there soon.
I consider myself a rookie prepper with a lot to learn from you guys .
I have the utmost respect for all preppers as I know you are people that I can talk to without worrying about what is perceived to be the right things to do .
feel free to ask me about our conditions on the ground as long as you wont be offended if I answer you with things as they are on the ground here as I believe its best to be exactly honest about serious matters .
My motto has always been what you see is what you get with me.
I expect nothing less from anyone that I meet .
I don't mess around with words I say it as it is .A spade is a spade in any language
