Title: Hail and Well Met

Retired attorney, still mostly mentally functional post lawbotomy long ago. Putting an extra box of bullets, tin of band aids and can of beans under the bed when I can.

Great group of guys and gals here with a wide diversity in all things prepping and just basically surviving in the pre-apocoliptical world and/or figuring out how we will makes ends meet if we loose our job.

My grandmother, who lived through the depression and WW II, always had a full larder. I often think back to the times I spend with her canning and preserving food. And I might add - The fun we had doing it.

Don't hesitate jumping in to any discussion and offering your valued opinion. Don't be hesitant asking for advise as we all gotz opinions on this forum ;)

Word of advise...Watch out for hjmoosejaw as he is an old fart and will scalp ya' just for the fun of it :o

That scalping begins and one of 2 thing will happen. I will surprise him with my well honed return fire scalping tomahawk or I will end up bare skulled.

But he does deserve fair warning. No matter what his skills are, I have been scalped worse by people better at it.
