Welcome to the Forum. Don't panic. Just slowly prepare for something bad to happen. Even if its one item a week. Stock up on Meds, nonperishable foods like Brown Rice, Raman Noodles, Dried Beans, Sugar, Salt, etc., Hand tools, alternate power sources, and the list goes on. The game is rigged and you cannot win if you play their game. Just don't play. Preppers have a rule. "Two is One and One is none." Make sure you have backups of items that might be lost, stolen or broken. There is a lot of good information available on the forum. Anything you don't know or want to confirm, just post it and you will definitely get lots of answers. The main thing that I often remind myself is, "I may not survive but I'll damn sure survive longer than those who did not prepare".
