I signed up in 2019- made a few posts, and about that time my younger brother passed from a heart attack ...I was driving home and listening to my truck radio and thought I heard Dunmore police called over a welfare check due to him missing his dialysis (he was on those machines for about 8 years). It was a call for him, and sadly things happen...kind of side lined me from radio for a while. At some point when listening to a scanner, I remember those calls are people likely being depopulated.
so if I didn't respond to old posts- the above reason is why. anyhow- right now once the grass grows I'll be struggling for mowing work, and when I have time I'll be back on here again. I could write more, but it feels like I'm just complaining about life choices of not taking a shot, and lack of income. blah, blah, blah...prepared people figure out other ways of making things work and don't give up...so it's all good.
my most immediate concerns are trying to get my garden to produce as much calories as I can manage, and storing them end of season...setting up radio gear for best network I can find, and being gainfully self employed to I don't have to worry about running out of stuff for my son. These aren't all my goals, but they are some highlights.
