How to adjust your forum clock / time offset
« on: January 31, 2021, 04:09:07 PM »
Recently the forum's internal clock was adjusted to reflect the actual time zone of UP headquarters (from Western to Eastern time zone).  This affected the time stamps you see throughout the forum.  Depending on your account settings, you may or may not need to correct your time offset.  If you haven't figured it out already, here are instructions for you to adjust your time offset you see when logged in:

1.  Note the date/time display near the top-left of any forum page, located just below "Show new replies to your posts."

2.  Scroll over "Profile", then click "Forum Profile" in the drop down menu.

3.  Scroll over "Modify Profile", then click "Look and Layout" in the drop down menu.

4.  Adjust the number value in the white box, or click auto-detect to the right of "Time Offset".

5.  Click the "Change Profile" box at the bottom-right of the page to save the change.

6.  If the time display is still not accurate, try again with a different number value.

Looked at the clock on the mantle and figured that was good enough for me.

My boo-boo. I set the time stamp to the time zone of the UnchainedPreppers TOC. If folks want I can change it back to Mountain Time.

Just let me know here. Thanks you Special-K for the update.
