 Seeing that a large number of voting machines were serviced by a Soros owned company I would more than likely believe this was a trial run for the 2018 (off year) elections. Remember HilLAIry was supposed to win but she is so stupid she lost a rigged election. The troops were to make it look like they were going to do something.
