All the hype about the Virus has caused the great dumb masses(say dumb masses real fast) to go nuts. This is all about economic collapse. Silver is at $11.77 oz. but you can't buy any because its all sold out and the dealers don't know when they are going to be able to get any. I went to town and it was almost like a ghost town. Every business has a hand sanitizer at the door. Starbucks and Paneras(Liberal hangouts) closed the seating areas and everything must be, "To Go". My bank only allowed 6 people in the bank at one time. When I got there, there were only two people in the bank ahead of me. I went to buy Silver and there was none and the dealer said that one of his customers told him that his bank would only allow a maximum of $500 withdrawal. Limiting businesses and forced closures are just making the economic collapse worse. Damn, I'm glad I started prepping in 2008. This is going to get real interesting, real fast.

After my experience on Monday, I went back in to get a dollars. Today, I tried to go in to place a new check order and it was closed. There was a sign up that said, Due to the blah blah blah only the drive through is open. I have heard that other banks across the country are only allowing drive through service. What a great way to control the folks who want to take money out of their accounts.

Our new pharmacy is in a Price Chopper grocery store which is a 40-minute drive away. Walking through the store it almost looked like it was back to order. Shelves were mostly full including TP and Clorox hand wipes.

If the media would stop hyping the virus all things would change.

Our Socialist Governor basically closed all businesses in the state as of midnight this morning. Essential businesses like grocery stores will be open but others have to be closed. I got my hair cut today and remarked to the owner that I was surprised she was open. Her reply was priceless..."No Fucken Governor is going to tell me I can't make a living. If he sends in a cop I will pull my Ruger out and send that cop running".

I just got off the phone with a friend about an hour south of me and he commented to, that the local Target store was back to normal. "They even had TP" he said.

 We were lucky, just before the run on TP the ACME food store had a sale on TP but you had to buy two eighteen roll packs to get the discount. Two days later no TP to be found anywhere.
