I liked this video.
His point about using deadly force is right on. The same rules apply in WROL as they do now. If someone is out popping people who don't present a threat to life then I doubt they will be around long either. Someone will see them as a threat, a dangerous renegade, and will eliminate them because of it.
The other thing is someone should tell this guy to cut the pie when he runs. He might cover ground quicker running straight but he makes an excellent target that way.
