I was in the Military and read the entire UCMJ(Uniform Code Of Military Justice) because I wanted to know what I could and couldn't do. Hmmm..... Yep, there actually is something in there about being publicly critical of your Superiors. It wasn't like committing a Felony and wouldn't get you a Dishonorable Discharge but it was pretty much like a strong Misdemeanor. Now, with that said....... Just how many people who know about this Officer's situation will run down and join the military? If I was a young man and saw that on the news, my first thought would be, "Screw that. I'm not joining any branch of the Military". This Bullshit will just weaken the Military because nobody will join except in all out war. I even expect a lot of Military people to retire or resign their commissions.
