That appears to be a small camper with a tent style are on the front.  It looks interesting.  I would guess about 14-16 foot.  It could be a smaller bus but I cannot tell for sure.

Details please.  Make, model etc.

Having run a KOA for 5 years those things interest me.

If you need a second magazine, its time to call in air support.

Here are the Specs on the camper.

The tent looking thing is what they call an awning here in the UK. It connects to the side of the camper.

Towing Information.

Towing Electrics

Mass in Running Order weight: 907 kgs or 17.8536278099 cwt / hundred weight
Maximum allowable weight is: 1100 kgs or 21.6526908389 cwt / hundred weight

The kerbweight of the towing car needs to be at least 1294.11764706kgs to achive an 85% match, to achive a 95% match the tow car would need to be at least 1157.89473684 kgs. A tow car weighing less than 1100 kgs is very likely to be illegal and likely to result in a prosecution if you were stopped by the Police as well as invalidating any insurance for your car and caravan.

ABI Jubilee Envoy 1995 Dimensions

The internal length of the caravan is 4.49 metres or 14.7272 feet
The external shipping length is 6.01 meters or 19.7128 feet
The width is 2.16 meters or 7.0848 feet

Awnings And Accessories For The ABI Jubilee Envoy 1995

There are a wide range of awnings and accessories available for ABI caravans like the ABI Jubilee Envoy 1995.

Caravan Awnings

Awnings are a popular choice, its important that you buy an awning that's the right size for your caravan. Our information shows that the awning size needs to be 844 cm's. Please check this with your caravan manual before buying as this number may not be accurate.

Caravan Batteries

There are a range of 12v leisure batteries that are suitable for this ABI caravan. The size of the battery you need will be dependent on your use. For example if you have a motor mover or your caravan or tend to use your caravan where there is no on site electrics then a 120 amp hour battery is advisable. If you mainly, use sites with electrical supplies and dont use a motor mover then a smaller battery e.g. 75amp/h may be suffice. [More about caravan batteries]

Towbar Electrics.

This caravan is fitted with the older 12n & 12s electric connections. You will need to make sure that your towing vehicle is also fitted with the 12n / 12s system or alternativley you can purchase an adapter.

Looking at that it is really a nice one.  I like the size and description but the wife would require a full hookup, water sewer as well as electric.  I see nothing to confirm the sewer.  Does it have a loo?

It has a Thetford cassette toilet. Hot and cold running water with a sink and shower in the loo.

Propane 4 burner cook top and oven.

3 way fridge.

Propane heating with blown air ducts.

The difference from us models is that the grey water outlets are external. Thus the black catch tank under the rear on the Camper. And the fresh water tanks is external seen in the pics.

It is a 5 birth Camper.

I have added a few extras.

I have added a 100w solar panel on the roof to keep the on-board batteries charged.

The site we were at had Ac hookup so we were really good on power.

Nice!  And the really good thing is the 3 way fridge.  Gas when not towing or at bare site, 12 when towed and 110 when available.
