Title: Rah just had a Baby Boy!

I told him, "Boy, I don't blame you. A guy only gets this chance once in his life, sucking on boobs for hours a day...take all you can get. Just remember - after the breast milk stops, those are DADDY'S toys."

Wow. The biggest thing I'm worried about is changing some of my lifestyle to meet the need to train my son. I wouldn't expect the same things of a daughter in today's culture, but a son is different. Re-learning basic outdoors skills long out of practice (cub/webelo/early boy scouting), completely changing lifestyle to eliminate my excess weight and become physically fit (my goal would be to accomplish a high score on the USMC boot camp basic physical fitness course), learn more about vehicular maintenance, become much more adept at shooting, operating and maintaining firearms, etc. A lot to think about, and extremely difficult to motivate myself to accomplish. Long road ahead, boys. Long road ahead.
