Facing 10 years and or 250,000 dollars indicates an NFA violation as there is no ammunition limit in Texas and I don't believe a dealer would accept a falsified 4473 nor the state or feds would ok the transfer (maybe they got holder on the line by mistake though). Just one more bit of false crap in a massive pile from reuters regarding firearms.
