Title: Looking for investors
Post by: grizz on March 14, 2020, 02:04:47 PM
Some of you seem to have a good head for investing which leads me to believe you may have good resources for finding investors.

Without going into too much detail on a public forum (I'll share all details in PM or off-line) I found some land and want to start a business. I've been working with the SBA, I have a great business plan with financials, experience in the field and approval from the bank, what I don't have is the down money. I'm credit rich and cash poor....

I went on FB investment pages and got hammered with sales people wanting to sell me all kinds of crap and not one real investor.

I joined a Veteran investment page but their focus in primarily stocks and the like.

I'd appreciate any help or creative ideas to get this ball rolling.

Thanks but we don't have powerball up here. Although I'm more than willing to accept donations if you win

Kudos for wanting to start a Financial venture. However, now is not a good time to do it. Pay close attention to what is happening to the worlds economy and wait until after the total collapse and then start your venture. Watching the economy can get confusing really quick. Just follow the price of crude oil per barrel and see what it is doing. The Bond Market, the Stock Market, the Precious Metals Market, all follow whatever oil is doing.

Thanks

This is not my first venture. I sold my last business to move up here and accepted a position which was not everything that was promised. Now I'm looking to be a business owner again, its the only way to secure my future financially. This business does good regardless of world economy and affected very little by local economy, I'm sure of that.

Small local bank would be my suggestion.

Apply there and even if you are turned down you will receive feedback of why you were turned down and many times the loan officer will say, "Try XYZ financial institution. Tell them That Sam sent you."

I've been approved by local banks, I need the down money which is why I'm looking for investors
