Don't mean to be a buzzkill.
There's just nothing cool or funny about uniformed government employees kicking in doors and shooting people. Especially when these tactics are being increasingly employed here at home.

The middle east is just being used as training for when they start kicking in doors here at home. It's bullshit.

it's pictures like this that make me think...

you gotta love all these neocons that spew all this bullshit about the constitution, but at the same time, they are perfectly fine with a police state, they're perfectly fine with being the "world police" as Trey Parker and Matt Stone so gracefully portrayed it. they're perfectly fine with the idea of sacrificing all the freedoms that they "love" so much all because of a bearded turban-wearing boogey-man. those types would look at this internet meme and say "FUCK YEA!!" (just like the movie...) they LOVE to quote the founding fathers... fucking laughable.

AGREE!  It makes me sick how people talk about, "this is wrong or that is wrong" with our country but are so GORRAM scared and in denial to see the truth punching them in the face as the cuffs are slapped on them...
 >:(

During the days of Lincoln, families fought and killed each other.  Sad to say but most people who give lip service to preserving the Republic would rather bow to the oppressors than make any kind of sacrifices.

I'm growing weary of it, brother. it's only so long you can laugh at it before you decide to take it more seriously and remove yourself from it all together. I'm THIS close *holds fingers really close together*

Those are ideas from just a few 'less than intellignet' people who have no buisness taking place in politics to begin with. They can't help it that they aren't as smart as you. Atleast they are trying to be quasi-intellectual over their fellows by taking a stance in the vast sea of politics. I'm sorry, but I work with the masses, and I watch their simple pitiful lives day after day. Elections and the fates of empires are decided on who can successfully sway these mindless uneducated working bee minions we call the masses. And you can't always sway them with facts, intricate details, and logic. Right and Left is about as pollitically diverse as it is going to get.

"The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter." -Winston Churchill

And there is NEVER anything wrong with quoting the founding fathers. People here don't like to quote them because they don't like the attatched stigma of being 'right winged'.

No, young brother, the majority of the folks here love to quote the founders, as do I. The one glaring difference is that the majority of the folks here actually know what the fuck they're talking about. The majority of the folks here quote Jefferson and actually live what the man preached, not just cherry-pick his beliefs the same way they cherry-pick the Bible.

Just to be clear, my original point was that neocons love to quote the founding fathers when it suits them, yet they ignore all the other stuff that doesn't quite fit their little neocon social-conservative Roman-Catholic agenda.
