I have been hearing but not paying attention that something BIG is going to happen on June 22, 2022. Has anybody else heard anything?
There is a full moon on June 21st but doing a quick search I can find nothing else :tinfoil: other than it is supposed to be a "Rapture Moon". Rapture as in The Apocalypse Book of John, "Revelation".
Has anybody heard anything? If no no biggy, just keep your ear to the rail road tracks.

Nothing substantiated, but here's a rumor from another website: "Army/air guard units being told they will be distributing food and fuel throughout United States starting July/August". There's no reason being given as to why National Guards would be distributing food and fuel, so it may be idle speculation.
Looking at the U.S. Supreme Court opinion calendar (https://www.scotusblog.com/events/ (https://www.scotusblog.com/events/)) there are no opinions to be released the week of June 20th, as June 20th is their Juneteenth observed holiday, and usually they've been releasing opinions generally on Mondays. However, this term has been heavier than normal, so they've been scheduling some opinion releases on Wednesdays, and usually on short notice. So, I'm guessing they may release their re-vamped opinion of Roe v. Wade on the 22nd. If that occurs, there may be violent reactions by leftists throughout the country.
My advice is to continue to get stocked up on food and fuel before June 22nd. :zombitron:

Interesting.
I read somewhere that the SCOTUS decisions for this period will be handed down on the 13th and 15th. With that written, they may hold off till the following week for the abortion decision like you suggested Jackalope.
Again folks, keep your ear to the rail road tracks.

There are about 28 decisions that have not been published yet. I look for June 13, 15, as listed so far and add (I suspect) June 22, 27, and 29 as issuance dates.
As far a SCOTUS info, check out the official one below. There is a link there to listen to arguments and opinion issuance should you choose.

Had breakfast with a good friend today. He too has heard a murmur of something happening on or around June 22nd but nothing concrete. He had breakfast with a few retired LEO's yesterday and the date was brought up too.
My friends thinking was inline with Jackalope that the week of the 19th the final 3-4 decisions from the SCOTUS will hit. And as President O' Biden pointed out on Jimmy Kimble, a rolling back of the Roe Vs. Wade decision will be "the cause of a small revolution".
Who knows... This week we have,
> the retail numbers coming out mid-week,
> Unemployment numbers coming out Thursday,
> I believe the WPI (Wholesale Price Index) comes out on Friday for May
> Dow futures down,
happening. We might see the DJIA take another 4-5 point drop this week which would bring the yearly number down to around -15%. Remember, I have forecasted a correction of 20-25% from the yearly high of 36,400 this past March.
Maybe like a "perfect storm" we will see the economy and social discord happen within a 7-day period.

Regarding the "rapture moon" some around here may recall I do a bit of moon watching regarding the full moons and super moons and names of them. I think I have mentioned them around here a time or 2 as good ones to get a look at. June full moon is the Strawberry moon. See list below for the names of all the full moons.
But I have never heard of a regular named rapture moon but with some quick searching found first link below. It is religious related dealing with the biblical rapture.
As far as the regular full moon names look at second link below for details and reasoning but names are included.
