Title: i joined my vfd

yup filled out the applications today and hung out at the station.
I'm going to get voted in on the 16th but they are trying to speed up the process.
I can't wait to start going out on calls.

Thanks guys.
Since i'm taking a emt class this summer they really wanted me to join after i said that.
i have to take 4 levels of classes-
the first one is basic shit like how to use the gear and stuff like that.
second class is about putting ladders up climbing things etc...
third one is exterior firefighting
the last one is entry into burning buildings and interior firefighting.

I can start going out on calls a week or so after i get voted in but ill just be getting shit for people. After i take the second class i'll be able to do alot more.
