U.S. Can?t Track Tons of Weapons-Grade Uranium, Plutonium

Now this is disturbing.  We send nuke material to other counties only they can't account for all of it.   It kind of reminds me of when the U.S. sent scrap steel to Japan prior to WWII only to have it turned into weapons that were used against us. 

As a side note, that scrap steel is being sent to China now.  I don't know about you but I'm feeling all warm and fuzzy.  NOT!
