During my lifetime I have seen many men dating / marrying younger women. In every case it did not work out well for the man in the end.

Poor judgement was shown, he should have known better and it should cost him his job but I am with Mountain, whats the charge??

This fairy tale isn't going to end in "happiness ever after". It's not going to work out. The only good thing to come out of it will be that he screwed up his life, lost his wife, family, and job. The police are investigating if this romance started when she was still 17 so hopefully he will find true love in prison.
I'm thinking the girl's father must have split or died because she seems to have daddy issues. If not I wouldn't be surprised if this guy doesn't show up on a 911 call asking for help because some guy in a dead presidents mask (probably Richard Nixon, "Who's Tricky Dicky Now?") just beat the living shit out of him.
For her sake I hope he doesn't knock her up.

Don't get me wrong, when I was 31 I was dating a 21 year-old (for 2 years). Petite, long hark hair. Big GREEN eyes and fair pale skin. I was a god to my friends during that time. But this is a little different. This dude is old and bald and she isn't that hot, HAHAHAH! But I digress: Teacher - student???

All I'm going to say is my old man has been married three times. He's been married to my mom for 28 years and he's 19 years older than my mom. Sometimes, rare as it may be, shit works out.

Sledge, what's with the hate? Is he a douche bag, probably. And so what if he fucked up his own life, are you effected by it? Maybe we should lay off the "water cooler" news a bit and stick with the stuff that matters to all of us directly. And as long as it is legal, whose place is it to judge them? Now assuming he wasn't doing anything to her before she was 18 there is nothing illegal about what THEY did.
I bet she does have daddy issues and I hope whatever happens she finds happiness. We all deserve it in our lives, unless your form of happiness is the downfall or destruction of others. Let the chips land where they may on this one, but if you don't like the way the game is going just get up and move to a different table.

No hate here. I don't get into that emotion. I just handle things as they come up. Ya'll can think what you want and say it's all good if you like. Doesn't matter to me. I've got 3 daughters and if a sob had tried to pull that crap with any of them I'd have taken your advice to let the chips fall where they may.
