Hi All,
Today is a remembrance day for me.
on 12/12/85 I lost a large amount of my battle buddies in an airplane crash in Gander Newfoundland.
If you are inclined or willing, please take a moment to say a few words for them.
The funny thing is that I did my 20 in the Army partially for those of them the could not.
RIP Brothers.

Thank you all for the responses.
There is a bright side to this though.
12 Dec has always been a VERY difficult day for me. I mean REALLY difficult.
This year was not as bad..... I concentrated on remembering the good times we had as opposed to wallowing in sorrow. I have also accepted that any controversies surrounding the crash are really never going to be solved. So I have stopped stressing over that aspect.
I also feel really good about the fact that one of the reasons I stayed to retirement was to finish their time for them.
Cheers all.
