Last week I was chatting with a close friend about the $1,400- we will all be receiving thanks to the $1.9T boondoggle. We chatted about what we were going to buy.

My friend was planning on buying NOG's. The $1.4K will just be enough to cover the final cost. Me, I am buying 2K rounds of assorted caliber ammo.

What are you going to buy?  :popcorn:

Money will be split.
Another new gallon oak keg, a CCrane Skywave radio, Baofeng UV-5R 6-pak kit (unless someone has a better idea), either re-barrel or gunsmith/thread my 10-22 for QD/suppressor now applied to 5.56/300 Blackout uppers, _maybe_ some more ammo if anything left over.   Night vision/thermal scope or such on wish list but not enough $ at present.
The hurt our current .gov lunacy is setting our pocket books up for will have to be dealt with later... it will probably put this "measly" $1400 in the "pocket change" category by the time things settle down (assuming they do in my lifetime).
