Title: Freezing up

More and more my computer has been freezing up so I went to duckduckgo and this is what I found. At first I thought it was FireFox then Windows started doing it. Now I know it is Comcast doing it on purpose. Does anyone know how to bypass or speed it up?

The same is happening with mine too. I am Frontier though not Comcast.
