Let's see.  Long haired guys who weren't hippies.  Samson, Genghis Khan, Wild Bill Hickok, Sitting Bull,  Most of the Founding Fathers, Vlad the Impaler, Richard the Lion Heart.................   I could go on but I think you get my point.  lol.

I started to do a list of faggots with short hair but decided against it.  lol. 

In my own circumstance I need to find that article that explained that most bald men have more testosterone in their bodies and that contributed to their hair loss.  lol.  I think I saw it in Bald Is Bold Magazine.  lol

Plus, I've heard many a story from combat vets who sensed danger, while on patrol, running ops, etc.. Even one from my cousin who was deployed to Afghanistan. They were moving to an FOB, he told the driver to take "x" route rather than "z" route.

Few hours later when the guys that were leaving the FOB were going back to the base, they hit an IED, which killed a soldier.

So yeah, you don't really *need* to have long hair to sense danger.

I don't know if the article is factual or not.  I did think it was an interesting reading and revealed a possibility.  Our ancient ancestors had no way of cutting their hair anywhere on their body.  I wonder if male baldness was an issue back in the earliest times?

I'm not saying that people don't have a sixth sense...personally, I experienced it a couple of years back when my wife had a bad feeling about a certain road (one we usually travel). I ignored her feeling, and wound up hitting a deer. I won't ignore her feelings again. I'm only saying that claiming you've found the scientific cause of the phenomenon requires a huge amount of evidence that will withstand an unbelievable amount of scientific inquiry and attempts to prove it wrong. Again, you and everyone else can believe what you want. I'm only reinforcing the knowledge that it's not a fact unless it's proven, and proof requires indisputable evidence.

I was planning on shaving my long hair when the SHTF, but now I might have to rethink that strategy.  I can't tell you if it affects the sixth sense or not because I've never had a shaved head in my whole life to make a comparison.    No, I don't have an afro....it was just the most relevant emoticon I they had.
