yeah i saw a "Military Public Safety Officer" patrolling my city the other day.. so yeah there out there now..

There just practicing for an evacuation situation (uncontrollable riots). Gotta have an out for the politicians, hollywood types and their servants.

The Saigon embassy evacuation pops to mind, they aren't gonna put up with lines like that though.
