and just for the record (no pun intended), the whole "gay" thing isn't what I'm bothered by. While I do find it a bit distasteful for a comic book, what disturbs me more is the fact that Cpt. America dies (what??!? this is a COMIC SERIES! the hero NEVER dies!) and Superman renounces his U.S. citizenship??!?!?!?!?! WHISKEY TANGO FOXTROT! I've never, at any point in my life, been a fan of comics. never. I don't hate them, but it's just something that I never got into. but for fuck sake! this is just ridiculous!
